Holland artist, Parra, brings his controversial art and pastel colors to a collection of Vans that are set for release during the Fall 2009 season. Here’s a more complete look at the Taka Hayashi x Vans Vault collection of sneakers for the Fall 2009 season. The Japanese-born artist put together a pack of sneakers that include the high-top No Quarter LX in two colorways, the Velocita LX also in two colorways, and the Akat LX in three colorways. Taka Hayashi collaborated with Vans to develop yet another new sneaker that is made with an influence of Native American cultures. Here is the breakdown on the long - awaited Vans x In4mation “Denim” Half Cab release. The Half-Cab is created with two tone denim, houndstooth print lining and a gum sole. There is also a little secret lies under the denim to reveal a surprise if skated or cut up properly. It will be sold today, Saturday January 10th only at the In4mation Ward Warehouse Store and on their Online Shop. The Ward In4mation opens at 10am and the shoes will be served on a first come first serve basis. No phone orders will be taken till Monday.

Vans renews the East Coast vs. West Coast rivalry with their soon to be released Forty-Four Hi Pack. During the Spring 2009 season, the pack will release with the Crooks & Castles repping the West Coast edition and the 5Boro with the East Coast edition, two secret store editions and a Wainwright edition.
