Over the last year we’ve been putting a lot energy into moving our 5-Panel cap program to same level as our fitted caps.  This release of 3 caps is the first introduction of our new efforts.  The drop includes a 2-tone canvas cap, a navy cap with contrasting white details inspired by navy pea coats, and a striped denim cap, which due to fabric availability is limited to only 25 pieces for the time being.  All three caps will be available this week at True, True East and trueclothing.net.  Keep your eyes open this holiday season for the follow up drops which take the exclusive fabrics and patterns even further.

One third of the Oakland based hip hop group Lunar Heights, Jern Eye has been a mainstay of the bay area hip hop community for years. “Vision” features production from Jake One, !llmind and Keelay & Zaire, and collaborations with Guilty Simpson, Mistah F.A.B., Zion I, Cali Agents and NightClubber Lang, and was just released this week via MYX Music Label.”

Celebrating the their 10 year anniversary this month, Triple Threat got together with LRG and San Francisco boutique True to do a collaborative anniversary tee.  I don’t know if you remember one of the very first LRG ad campaigns, but it was Apollo, Shorkut, and Vinroc standing next to the Golden Gate bridge.  In order to pay homage to the history of the relationship between the three companies involved, they’ve put together a really Bay inspired piece, with the Triple Threat logo, the San Francisco Skyline, and a map of the BART system as the fill.

The tee is limited to 200 tees, and it’s only available through True, True East, and trueclothing.net.

True introduces the “Sharpie”  New Era Fitted Cap since the original artwork was done with Sharpie Chisel tip marker.  It is their first New Era that isn’t focused directly on the True logo, instead it’s a 3D raised embroidery of a cursive based hand-style.
