They are releasing different jackets styles from mild to wild, t-shirts, button up shirts, hats, beanies, a tie, glasses and even a pair of socks. Researchers at North Carolina State University have developed a way to charge your gadgets while on the move with solar powered clothing. Each piece uses a process called digital textile printing to leverage the blocky solar panels into neck ties and jackets. The tie even has a hidden pocket to hold your device as it charges. After conducting a five-day test, they found the clothing posed no significant health risk, including electric shock. One of the major flaws currently is the solar panels are limited to bending around a three inch diameter and should not be creased. via Gizmodo | JTATM
Honeyee posted up Louis Vuitton’s latest material to don on their highly sought after pieces. The material is black or graphite version of the popular Damier pattern. This should open up the pieces for men that find the monogram and brown Damier patterns a little on the feminine side. Items include, a carry on luggage, shoes, a tie, several wallets, a belt and shoulder bags. Look for these pieces at your local LV Store.
