3Sixteen is releasing a collaborative pair of sunglasses with Sabrevision this summer. The shades that come in 3 different colors were first seen last week at the Bread & Butter Show in Barcelona. You can currently get them at Don’t Panic (Sabre’s flagship store/showroom). For those of you not in Southern California, these sunglasses will be shipping out to retailers along with the rest of 3Sixteen’s Summer08 line in the next few days.
Blends in Los Angeles is the most recent addition to the companies that Oakley is collaborating. They took the Frogskins sunglass model and gave it a clear rainbow treatment, finishing it off with gold iridium lenses. Only 20 pairs were produced and will only be sold at Blends Los Angeles on July 10th.
The Mosley Tribes and Crooks & Castles collaboration Castellano Sunglasses sold out quick at their 8021 shop. Crooks fans trying to track a pair down better keep on refreshing their on-line shop. Currently the white one is up and available, while the black should follow shortly. Comes in custom Crooks box, Mosley Tribes leather case and Lens Cloth. If Jay-Z is rocking them, you know folks are on these like white on bread.
On July 19th at the Oakley Harajuku store, Oakley will release an artist collaboration series of sunglasses. Artists Sunglasses include Frank Kozik Hijinx, Original Fake Frogskins, and the Naomi/South Eternal. It will be a tough find for those outside of Japan, but you can always check eBay.
These Live Hippy Sunglasses are (False) Le Messie’s take on Sabre’s original phenomenal selling “Die Hippy” model. What makes these special are the sandblast treatment to create the matt tank style finish, spring joints and engraved details on the front, side and insides. Limited to only 300 worldwide and they will be available for pre-order in their FALSE E-store and will be shipping out to FALSE dealers internationally in 1 weeks time.
