San Francisco-based graffiti artist, DIET will be bringing his works, some of which include nostalgic childhood cartoon characters along with a wall installation, to Stussy SF this month. Curated by White Walls Gallery and sponsored by Montana Spray Paint, the show will open this Friday, August 29, 2008 from 8 to 11pm at the Stussy shop on Haight Street in San Francisco. via Jeff Staple

Stussy and their continued support of Hawaii’s In4mation has accumulated into this upcoming collaboration. In4mation handled the illustrattion of the artwork that’s part of this colab that will be dropping in October 2008 and will be available only at In4mation, Hawaii, Stussy Honolulu Chapter and Stussy Direct.
Monday, August 25th marks the debut of the S.L.A.T.E. trade show in Las Vegas. There will be a party that night at The Palms Moon nightclub featuring EPMD, DJ Wristpect and DJ Neil Armstrong. This event is brought to you by Stussy, Undefeated, Ransom, S.L.A.T.E. and Complex Magazine. There’s also a special edition Stussy tee for the event.
Since their debut in 1988, the legendary hip-hop group EPMD (made up of Erick Sermon and Parrish Smith) has been producing classic albums like Strictly Business for their fans. The duo from Long Island sampled funk and rock beats under lyrically clever rhymes thus contributing to the new direction of sample heavy hip hop as we know it today. They have been working on a new album, We Mean Business, scheduled to release in September 2008.
