For the DVD release of the most recent chapter in the Star Trek saga that drops this Tuesday on 11/17/09, the good people at Star Trek asked Staple to bring back the Airwalk Terrain.  They will launch a 3 set collection and each shoe features three Star Trek delta shield logos (back, front and on the tongue).  The Terrain’s are available in the three Star Trek uniform colors of “Engineering” Red, “Command” Gold and “Science” Blue. These will be available at Reed Space and select Payless stores and Payless.com. (The Gold’s are online exclusives.)

over a year now, Staple been working with the New Balance team on how to take the original 575 Pigeon to another level. We knew we were aiming for the Summer of 2009 and we wanted to do something hot for the season.  The color scheme is based on the fact that some pigeons are white, resulting into the New Balance 575v2 White Pigeons. CBS Studios and Star Trek reached out to Jeff Staple to see how he can help with the launch of their newest installment coming out this Friday (5/8/09). He revealed the STPL x Airwalk collection that will launch this coming August and one thing lend to another and a Star Trek version of the Staple x Airwalk Terrain was born.  The black metallic uppers are covered with several movie inspired embroidery and logos. The Star Trek x Airwalk x STPL sneaker will be dropping THIS weekend (5/8/09) at Reed Space NYC. (110 pairs for mens and 30 pairs for the kids, sized 1-4!)
