Ransom Holding Co. was given the opportunity to work with adidas Originals on the RANSOM by adidas Originals Footwear Collection. The collection, “footwear crafted to withstand a rugged lifestyle and made for individuals continuously searching for a life well-led and a good story to tell”, features several new styles will be released at the end of this month on Halloween, October 31st.

The original nylon Cortez gets a modern redo with flywire as the Cortez Flymotion. The white upper has Nike’s Flywire material and sits on top of the Mexicali Nike Free sole. These should be able to hold their own if you decide to run in these sneakers.

Overkill and New Balance celebrates the 20 year anniversary of the historic fall of the Berlin wall. The red pair’s inspiration comes from the USSR flag and the “Red” Russian influence, while the Black represents the Berlin bear mascot and blue for the United States’ flag and influence. The insoles are all printed with different iconic images from the era in black and white. Oddly enough these bare the British flag on their tongues, as they were constructed at New Balance’s UK factory.
The pack will release on December 16th at Overkill Berlin, with only 577 of each pair available in all.

Supra and their Jordan-inspired Cruizer model, moves away from the classic colorways and comes with this black suede/gum colorway for the Holiday 2009 season. These should drop in a few weeks at Factory 413.

The Nike Air Max Current is back in black and infared. Nice usage of updated mesh material, ostrich pattern on the mudguard and the colorway will suck you in to the darkside. Updated soles add comfort to the 90s technology.
