Nas is helping bring back the Fila Italia High by promoting this classic sneaker. Nice looking full leather uppers touched off with patent accents. It will be available in three colorways at Footlocker and priced at a reasonable $80 per. Look for matching clothing to follow, including the jacket Nas is rocking above.
Here is a closer look at the mad limited Solebox colloboration Tennis 91s with Lacoste. In these pics, we see that the uppers are done in a furry black with neon accents that include a Solebox hit on the back. With only 30 made, you’ll have to be at the SoleMart event (August 22nd) over in Berlin.
Come Spring 2009, three new colorways will arrive for the Nike Air Trainer 3 (III). Part of the three is this Air Trainer 3 (III) Retro created in a Black, Purple, and Red colorway mixed with a mesh liner, perforated side panels and toe box. Sneaker Freaker gives a closer look at the 2nd shoe of the “Modernism Pack”, which is a collaboration between Spanish sneaker spot 24 Kilates and New Balance. The shoe features the art and inspiration from Catalan artist Joan Miró. This 1500 combines perforated leather and suede with mismatching color accents. As a follow-up to the Herbert Baglione release last week, on Thursday, July 24th Upper Playground will release the new David Choe adidas Originals sneaker. The Stan Smith shoe is the second release in the four-part series that also includes designs from Aesop Rock and Sam Flores. There are only 500 pairs of the Choe sneaker available worldwide. Sizes range from men’s size 4 to 13.5. To pick up your fresh pair of David Choe Stan Smith sneakers, visit www.upperplayground or head to a UP retail store. The sneaker will go on sale online at 8 am PT on Thursday, July 24, 2008.
Sole Collector posted this look at a Friends & Family version of the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier II done in a black and 3M graphic colorway. Along with the 3M graphics of the ‘United We Rise’ imagery that is featured on the footwear of this summer’s USA Men’s Basketball team, the shoe also has black nubuck and an orange Dunkman logo. No word on how limited these are, but eBay would be your best bet.
