The last few releases of Dunks from Nike SB have been a step in the right direction, in terms of colorways, materials and look. This Dunk Low done up in a grey or off-white with Gore-Tex material mixed in. It will be a popular release for both SB and non-SB fans, plus they are waterproof for the most part! Illustrator Alex Pardee will be signing his new skate deck and advance copies of his book titled “Awful | Homesick” on Sun., September 7, 2008 at Upper Playground’s flagship store in San Francisco. Alex Pardee’s unique artistic style draws upon influences ranging from horror films to graffiti. His work has been described as representing a circus sideshow cemetery, combining random shapes and colors with torment
and absurdity. His deck (available now) is limited to 150 pieces and each is signed by Alex.

NSB.org was able to secure pictures via Gumsoles of 4 Sample Nike SB Dunks from lows to mids to highs. Each has a very unique colorway and not much is know of the inspirations behind the mock ups. Although the one above looks similar to Charlie Brown. I believe it is said to release in 2009, but thats if they do release.
