Flat Head’s newest jean model, the 8005A, is a straight leg workpant inspired cut made of a denim that they’ve only used for special edition jeans in the past. A 13.75oz rope dyed denim that fades just as well as the rest of their denim line-up. For Iron Heart’s 5th anniversary, they went bold, really bold.   The chose of denim is unsanforized, which is a first for Iron Heart, and is so heavy and rigid it starts out as a rigid 21oz denim, once soaked the true indigo color really comes out and the post-soak weight of the denim becomes approximately 23.5oz, easily the heaviest fabric they’ve done.    For those that always wanted a pair of Iron Heart jeans and wanted them to fade a bit quicker and have a more intense contrasty fade, this is the jean you’ve been waiting for.  These are limited to 400 pairs worldwide.  These will go on sale at 10AM (PST) on Thursday, June 18th at Self Edge.  Full look after the jump!

D.Lewis & Dry Bones comes with a couple of collaborative pieces for the Spring 2009 season. D.Lewis is Britan’s oldest motorcycle clothing brand. First up is the DBDL chambray shirt is made of a heavy indigo selvedge chambray, dyed and woven in Okayama with original accents such as slanted pockets, elbow reinforcements, and a red DL embroidery on the left cuff. Next is a vintage inspired crewneck pullover made of a brushed herringbone wool from DBDL really caught our eye when we first saw it; a design not seen often any more, a very period perfect piece.  Get both pieces now at Self Edge.
