In this first collaboration between DC and RoyaleFam, they come with three shoes, a pair of board shorts, two t-shirts and two hats all designed by SBTG. The color scheme and overall design is based on the legendary skateboard crew,“Circus of Mutants” who were famous in Singapore in the 80s and 90s. The collection will officially hit select skateboarding stores worldwide in January 2010.

The world’s two most respected sneaker customizers, SBTG and Methamphibian have connected once again to create four new sneakers to celebrate the grand opening of Source’s new store in Beijing. For this latest project, two new Varsity Bones Dunk High designs have been produced, one known as “Red Fury” and the other dubbed “Sly Bones.”
While the other concept is Damage Inc., a militaristic theme that is applied to two Dunk Low 6.o models. The Basilisk and Obsidian Viper colorways are similar to each other, but with subtle differences in the patterns on the upper. Both the Damage Inc. and Varsity Bones Dunks will be dropping as part of the Source Beijing grand opening event on September 4th.

Royalefam brings the latest creation by SBTG with their Prison Blues series of customized Dunk Highs. Besides the obvious denim panels, the shoes include a full zip lace cover, custom tagging, and even distressed midsoles. SBTG and the Royalefam crew connected with Thai skaters Produce and came up with the “Honoring the Legends” project. These Original 7 Nike “Be True to Your School” College Dunk Highs and a Georgetown Terminator High gets reworked in SBTG’s clean customizing style. No word on the sneaker release, but matching hand-screened tees are available in ‘Home Game’ and ‘Away Game’ versions at the Royalefam website.

Sabotage has created this new custom releases, the Sawtooth “Poison Ivy” Dunk low for the Ladies. It is a special run for Wendy aka Nitrolicious. Limited to 18 pairs, the sneakers are made to order. The custom design features shark teeth, metallic accents and animal print. Priced at a reasonable $400 at ROYALEFAM.
The saturation and the over done basic hoodies, tees, etc, is paving the way for more interesting cuts as quality becomes the standard. This is appareant with Royalefam’s Triumph Jacket that is part of Dead Generals 2 collection.
