Obey x Moveon.org - Obama Poster “Yes We Did”

Obey (Shepard Fairey and Moveon.org have teamed up to mark this moment in American history.  These commemorative prints mark Barack Obama’s historic victory and were designed by groundbreaking artist Shepard Fairey—the same artist who designed the world-famous, iconic “Hope” poster for Obama.  The prints signed by the artist will be available to those who donate $500 or more, while supplies last. The unsigned prints will be available to those who donate $80 or more, plus an additional $10 donation to cover shipping, while supplies last. Available Saturday November 8, at 12:30 p.m. ET. These 5,000 limited edition prints are 24″ x 36″ and are offset printed on French Paper Company’s Cream Speckletone stock under the artist’s supervision. Each print is numbered by hand, 1 through 5000. The first 1000 in the series are signed by Shepard Fairey.  Quantities are limited, so please only one order (either signed or unsigned) per person/household.  Anyone found to have ordered more than one print will have their orders cancelled and their donations refunded.

Upper Playground x David Choe x Obama Prints

Bay Area-born artist David Choe is the latest artist to partner with Upper Playground to produce not one, but two Barack Obama prints. Choe has designed and produced apparel, adidas sneakers, comic books, movie posters, album covers, fine art books and toys, among many other projects.

David Choe’s Barack Obama posters are part of an ongoing series from Upper Playground of artist collaborations in support of Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.  There were 200 prints made that are signed and numbered of each design, and each poster retails for $200. Upper Playground Limited Edition Righteous Kill Apparel

Beginning on Thursday, August 14th , the pop up space will be transformed into a tribute to film legends Al Pacino and Robert De Niro as part of their upcoming feature film from Overture Films titled Righteous Kill. SA Studios Global, the creative agency of Oriol and Cartoon, was selected to create the film’s iconic poster, in addition to managing the street marketing for the movie. The pop up space will become the exclusive promotional headquarters for Righteous Kill and feature a tribute to the film’s stars. Highlights of the space include a customized movie poster wall of all of De Niro and Pacino’s films and plasma screens throughout the room showcasing Oriol and Cartoon’s favorite scenes from Pacino and De Niro’s film repertoire.

In celebration of the film, SA Studios Global has also collaborated with Upper Playground to create limited edition Righteous Kill apparel that will be distributed to key influencers in a variety of markets.
