Overkill and New Balance celebrates the 20 year anniversary of the historic fall of the Berlin wall.  The red pair’s inspiration comes from the USSR flag and the “Red” Russian influence, while the Black represents the Berlin bear mascot and blue for the United States’ flag and influence. The insoles are all printed with different iconic images from the era in black and white. Oddly enough these bare the British flag on their tongues, as they were constructed at New Balance’s UK factory.

The pack will release on December 16th at Overkill Berlin, with only 577 of each pair available in all.

Overkill is proud to announce that they are taking part in the global New Balance SMU Project.  They created 3 Collabo shoes that will be known to public as the “Berlin Wall Pack”.  2009 Germany celebrates the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and Overkill as well as passionate residents would like to dedicate their 3 first Collabo Shoes ever to this important event.

This fresh new Nike Air Structure Triax 91 will bode well for those that like the nice and bright colors.  The uppers are done with white mesh upper with black felt applications, along with details in lilac and aqua blue.  Available at Overkill.
