Cancer has affected all of our lives in one way or another. Lance Armstrong asked Shepard Fairey to participate in his “Stages” art exhibition and create a mural for the side of the Montalban Theater in Hollywood. The exhibition was developed by Nike to illustrate Livestrong’s expanded global outreach in the fight against cancer and as a means of engaging the creative community in the shared struggle. It expands upon the previous version of this book and adds 100 new pages of illustrations and text to showcase Fairey’s entire body of work, a massive retrospective covering 20 colorful years. The mysterious Mr. Brainwash unleashed several new 1 of a kind prints in his webshop and included was this Kanye West (Marilyn Monroe) Print.
