Oakley continues their Artist Series with their recent recruitment of Andrew Petterson to create 50 hand painted Frogskins.  This project is special in a sense that all 50 are unique and numbered by the artist. Oakley will be teaming up with Blends in Costa Mesa, hosting an event where all 50 will be available for viewing before being allocated to the 25 stores lucky enough to receive them. The sunglasses will be packaged in all black, including the protective bag that accompanies all Frogskins, to maintain the mystery of what one will be getting for their purchase. Barry McGee aka Twist aka Robert Pimple, is the next to join the ranks for the Oakley Artist Series.  The legendary Bay Area  artist, who graffiti background has flourished into a style of art that is highly respect in the art circles, has added his touch to the Oakley Hijinx. The Hijinx is a style from Oakley that is part of their Square O lineup.  Look for the sunglasses to be released on September 15th online and at select retailers.  via SlamxHype

This unique Fedora is a late arrival to In4mation.  The pictured New Era x Oakley fedora that came in that was suppose to be released with the Greg Lutzka Good Life Pack.  It is a different direction for New Era, as we are all familiar with the fitted and strap back styles.  Don’t be suprised if this is new beginning of a new line of Fedoras from New Era.  Watch out, Kangol!
