Nike “Olympic Opening Ceremony” Air Max 1

On August 8, Nike Sportswear will offer 24-hours of athletic-themed fun at their Opening Ceremony store.  In addition to the television featuring the first 24 hours of the games, the Soho store will sell Nike’s Olympic Air Max 1 sneaker at the Souvenir “shop-in-shop.”  If you have the passion for flashing, then you might want to get your connects in New York to grab a hold of a pair of these shimmering runners.

Kobe’s Friends & Family - MVP Big Nike Hyperstrike

Sole Collector has reported this Friends and Family Big Nike Hyperstrike that celebrates Kobe Bryant’s MVP award.  Done up in soft and rich premium black leather upper, accented with ‘MVP’ along the heel that  includes Kobe’s Sheath logo.  On the inside there is a soft leather collar lining, as well as a leather insole that features graphics including a frame-by-frame drive to the basket silhouette of Kobe along with his regular season per game statistics and shooting averages.  Rumors has this shoe produced under 100 pairs, so good luck getting a hold of one.

2009 Preview: Nike SB Dunk Releases
