This new Nike Air Classic BW has popped up on Ebay recently. It has a nice color combo of white and dark obsidian with a speckled midsole and what looks to be waterproof “watershield” uppers. Official news has dropped on the upcoming release of the Original Fake (Kaws) x Nike Sportswear Air Max Series. It will release this Saturday, October 18th 2008 and the two pair set will be the iconic Air Max 90 and the Air Max 90 Current designed by Kaws and Nike Sportswear Design Director Jesse Leyva.
Featuring innovative 4-way stretch textiles, both shoes take inspiration from Nike’s ACG product line, creating “something with a trail running attitude, on an iconic footwear style” says Leyva. KAWS added, “I wanted to create a simple shoe that I could wear, with subtle design elements someone could enjoy on a more personal level.”
Get ready to line up or pay up because both will drop exclusively available on October 18th, 2008 at the following retailers:
