Kobe’s Friends & Family - MVP Big Nike Hyperstrike
Sole Collector has reported this Friends and Family Big Nike Hyperstrike that celebrates Kobe Bryant’s MVP award. Done up in soft and rich premium black leather upper, accented with ‘MVP’ along the heel that includes Kobe’s Sheath logo. On the inside there is a soft leather collar lining, as well as a leather insole that features graphics including a frame-by-frame drive to the basket silhouette of Kobe along with his regular season per game statistics and shooting averages. Rumors has this shoe produced under 100 pairs, so good luck getting a hold of one.
Upper Deck x Kobe Bryant x Shepard Fairey Prints - “Kobe & MVP”
It does not matter who your favorite team is, if you appreciate style, grace, and power in basketball, then you appreciate Kobe Bryant. Shepard Fairey (Obey) was asked by Upper Deck to do a portrait of Kobe at his request. You’ll find a nearly 60-foot high version of this inspiring portrait of Kobe currently looking out on L.A. from the east and west side walls of the Henry Fonda Theater in Hollywood. These prints are tradition fine art lithographs, with beautiful pigment density, they are not offset lithography. There is two editions of this fine art lithograph have been produced, “MVP” and “KOBE”. Nike Zoom Kobe 81 White / Black - Metallic Gold
In honor of Kobe Bryant’s amazin 81 point performance on January 22nd, 2006, Nike put together a new line of sneakers, the Zoom Kobe 81. Priced as a more affordable option compared to the Hyperdunks, this shoe features a visible air unit located at the heel, breathable webbed molding, and a White / Black - Metallic Gold colorway. The shoe has released already in parts of Asia and show be popping up at Nike retailers soon. Also look for other colorways of this Kobe 81.
Nike Dunk High “NBA Pack”
Next month, Nike will keep those NBA fans geared up in preparation for the next NBA season with this “NBA” Dunk High Pack. So far 4 pairs have surfaced taking colors from the Phoenix Suns, the Golden State Warriors, the Chicago Bulls, and the NBA Champs the Boston Celtics. All features a cheetah like pattern in the inner lining, nubuck toebox, and perforated mid sections.
