The news dropped on Eminem’s book and collaboration t-shirt with Undrcrwn, but now we know that his favorite sneaker brand, Jordan Brand has come through with a special Jordan, featuring various handwritten lyrics.  Accompanying the shirt, Jordan Brand will also release an additional “The Way I Am” t-shirt to be released with the shoes.  The sneakers will be limited to 313 pairs (based on the area code of Detroit 313) and only available via the Air Jordan Flight Club website with a portion of the proceeds going towards the Marshall Mathers Foundation.  Release date is still unknown, but stay posted. via SneakerNews | Paul Rosenberg

Eminem event at NORT in NYC to promote his new book “The Way I AM” and this Family and Friends version of the Air Jordan II.

UndrCrwn has just announced their collaboration with recording artist, actor and author Marshall B. Mathers III, a.k.a Eminem.  For those that don’t know where Slim Shady has been, he’s been working on completing his book and this t-shirt is to support the release of the book, The Way I Am.  UndrCrwn has designed a limited edition Eminem caricature tee shirt. The 100% cotton tee features “Detroit Slim” in Detroit Pistons colors, holding a “Greatest of All Time” Trophy in one hand and touting his book in the other.

The tee goes on sale on October 15, 2008 and will be sold exclusively on UNDRCRWN.com and at Nort 235 (235 Eldride Street) in New York City during the book’s launch party that evening. The tee will then be available in a limited run beginning October 31 at UC retailers nationwide. The tee shirt has a SRP of $36.00.

Lupe Fiasco joins the the Product (RED) initiative with Converse on a Chuck Taylor Low.  He chose a classy all-black patent leather pair of Chucks with a special rubber toecap and patent leather heel patch.  Red accents on on the upper eyelets, on the insole and on the midsole is attributed to project Product (Red).  Look for these next January.  via Hypebeast
