Part of the on-going collaboration for Original Fake, Kaws and Mark Dean Veca tagged teamed on this  Veca-penned rendering of XX-eyed mastermind’s classic Blitz bomb character.  The original work is on a wall at Kaw’s home, but a t-shirt design of this work will show up in the Fall 2008 Collection.

Kaws x Nike Air Force 1 - 1 World Project

World renown artist Kaws is the most recent unveiled artist to do their work on a Nike Air Force 1 for the 1 World Project. Done in a primarily black base with neon green accents, but really what makes these special are the Kaw’s XX along the toe box and on the tongue. Everything Kaws touches turns to resell gold, so this will be a tough find due to the limited nature of the 1 world series. No release date yet!

i-D magazine who had a issue dedicated to Kaws’ work, has released a video interview with him.   The video goes a bit more in-depth about Kaws’ current ideas and process, as well as showcasing some of the original art he used for this last issue.

Supreme Daikanyama 10th Anniversary Collection

On June 28th, Supreme in Daikanyama, Japan celebrates it 10th Anniversary with several goods created for the occasion.  The Original Fake collaboration Kate Moss T-shirt comes in a new colorway for this event.  This Yoshida bag created by Porter is a replication of the original Supreme backpack with a few practical updates for our technology based world.  Expect more items to pop up before this historic event.
