Kanye West has designed a line of five LV sneakers and only one design was featured in the recent LV fashion show. It was a monochromatic midtop with a quilted flap in the back. “The inspiration came from a jacket with a huge collar in the movie ‘Dune,’ ” West says. “Most sneakers focus on the tongue, so I wanted to do something different.” Look for his line of Louis Vuitton sneakers at LV stores in June. via TheMoment
Kanye posted up a close up picture of the all white Louis Vuitton sneakers he’s been rocking lately. This is one of six designs that he worked on for this collaboration. The uppers are like a pair of Vans mixed in with a boat shoe, along with a strange looking ankle support.
