A month ago, Hiroki Nakamura provided a preview of of the upcoming FBT release. Visvim retailer, Slam Jam, has just recieved the shipment of these FBTs, the Lattice. Releasing in 6 color options, you can choose to go mild to wild with a range of bright blue to black. Each pair is done with what looks to be suede uppers and a matching colored sole. Italian shoemakers Pantofola d’Oro has been in the shoe making business since 1886 and since the 1950’s they have focused solely on their renowned line of soccer shoes. The latest addition to their handmade shoes is the PdO 1 collection, inspired by the sneakers made famous by Legendary Juventus soccer star John Charles who coined the company moniker: “These aren’t boots, they’re slippers - golden slippers.” Pantofola d’Oro is the Italian for “golden slippers”. Milan’s Slam Jam teased us the past week of an “Optical Force” Air Force 1 release. The end result wasn’t as crazy as expect with two version of black and yellow covered in wrinkled patent leather. Special Slam Jam hit on the back makes these sneakers a little more customized. Both pairs releases on September 20th at Slam Jam.
