With the Black Scale pop-up store debuing today at the Invisible Stripes location, together they are also releasing goods for the little people. T-shirts, hoodies, and crews are available.
Local SF shop, Invisible Stripes, is helping the kids get geared up with a “Planting Seeds” Collection of t-shirts. This untapped market of street gear for kids, is starting to take steam. Their designs have a good mix of cartoon character that should be popular with the parents and children. Available now in store and on the on-line shop.
Scheduled to Release December 13th, 2008, Saturday, is this collaboration between Invisible Stripes and Official that is limited to 100 Snap Backs and 50 Button Ups shirts. Named the Billions, is based on different social issues all relating to frivolous, questionable spending of the hard earned dollar and socio-economic issues we face today. Supreme Soul avoided elimination on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew 2. This Invisible Stripes shirt was a main part of their dance routine and it’s a collaborative effort of Supreme Soul’s CJ(Pharside) & George(Ge.Nius). “KNOW YOUR RANK”, a phrase often used by Pharside when putting his subordinates in their place. The idea and concept of the skull being printed underneath the shirt was an idea brought by both Cj and George for a blow up in one of their routines.
