The connection between Reebok and Mita Sneakers never ceases to exist. This recent connect comes in the form of the Ex-O-Fit Hi S.G. Strap. Although Mita Sneakers went with the played out “Gucci” look, they did come with oestrich leather, perforated leather and canvas on the upper. Releases on October 3rd.

Pictured is the 3rd take between Reebok and atmos on the Ex-O-Fit Hi Strap. Themed after the “Galaxy”, the black upper is printed with thousands of tiny speckles which is actually a glow in the dark print and it sits on top of a glow in the dark sole. Two versions are available with the red or blue straps and ankle detail being the difference. The straps are made with metallic material that glitter in different light. Releases around mid September and atmos is taking pre orders from September 1st.

Fashion Forward, Kanye West’s early previews and delayed release of the Nike Air Yeezy has opened the door for competition to capitalize on the fat strap trend. Reebok’s entry into this hot trend is the Ex-O-Fit Strap Limited Edition. Releases a month from now in mid-Feb and comes in 5 colors (all pictured after the jump!). Orders are being taken now at rakuten.
With the Nike Air Yeezy taking on so much hype and it’s delayed release, it has opened the door for other competitors to re-interpret some of their own sneaker models into resembling this shoe. Reebok is the latest with these Ex-O-Fit Hi SG Straps that drop earlier than the Yeezys (expected April 2009) in February. Look for the Reebok Ex-O-Fit Hi SG Straps to release in white, pink, silver, gold, and black in February, for $90 at Footaction and Reebok. April will bring a red and purple version.
