The term “Survival of the Fittest” dates back to Charles Darwin’s theory of Natural Selection. Together, Akomplice and respected Chicago-based retailer, Leaders 1354, have a combined 12 years in the industry, allowing them to build an understanding about what it takes to survive in this game. With that in mind, they produced this “Survival of the Fittest Pack” which includes an Akomplice x Leaders Swiss Army knife, an Akomplice x Leaders T-shirt, a certificate of authenticity and a lemon. The T-shirt features a Swiss Army knife-inspired design which highlights 10 qualities necessary for surviving life.Everything comes nicely packaged in a rope-bound black box. Limited to just 30 packs worldwide, this very special release will drop on May 23rd, at 12 noon, and is available exclusively at the Leaders Boutique in Chicago (1400 Milwaukee Ave). Later the same evening, Leaders will be hosting the official Akomplice Season 10 launch party.
Leaders in Chicago is releasing some unique New Era Fitteds. This latest release has a gradient fade in the LDRS logo upfront and has a “Lead Never Follow” script on the back. Available in 4 colorways.
Leaders worked very hard to bring this collaboration effort with J. Sakiya Sandifer who worked with Kanye West on the book “Thank You and Your Welcome” that was given out during the “Glow in the Dark” Tour. They changed up the quote “Would you rather have 100% from a follower or 10% from a leader?” from the book and added a “Yeezy” twist to it (even added some glow in the dark action).
