Benny Gold posted a first look at the pursuit track frame that Mash has been working on with Cinelli and is being shown at Interbike this week. Benny Gold was responsible for the designed of the bike. The custom paint and frame stickers are meant to resemble the shape of the Mash lighting bolt and give the bike a feeling of speed. Cinelli’s classic head badge worked perfect for the collaboration. There will be slight changes to the art before it goes into production, regardless it is already looking real nice.
Estate LA connection to the BMX scene made this collaboration with Verde BMX as one of those projects that aren’t too suprising, but dope none the less. Created by Cory Muth and Steve Buddedeck, former marketeers of the BMX scene has brought their Verde company into one of the leaders of the new school bmx movement. Custom bike crafter Nemesis Project and San Francisco’s Fatlace have been working on the ARC, a track bike frame built from concepts dreamed up by the Fatlace crew. Based on the traditional frames used in Japanese bike racing, the ARC was created in 2 colorways- raw and white. Look for the bike at Fatlace in August as part of the store’s 1st year anniversary celebration.
