The first shipment of Benny Gold’s 2008 Fall/Winter Line is arriving at stores now. This season’s is based on the themes of gold, youth, success and achievement. This season’s collaboration comes from David Potes of the photo ‘zine Hamburger Eyes. Accompanying the shirts are two vintage material 5 panel caps and a watch.

Benny Gold posted a first look at the pursuit track frame that Mash has been working on with Cinelli and is being shown at Interbike this week. Benny Gold was responsible for the designed of the bike. The custom paint and frame stickers are meant to resemble the shape of the Mash lighting bolt and give the bike a feeling of speed. Cinelli’s classic head badge worked perfect for the collaboration. There will be slight changes to the art before it goes into production, regardless it is already looking real nice.
This the first time Benny Gold is offering a 5 panel cap in his line. The hats are done in limited run of 100 pieces and crafted from a vintage ticking fabric. Not only is the fabric done in an amazing quality, but also check out the gold detailing of the side vents and the gold metallic lurex thread. Available in a month along with the first drop of the 2008 fall/winter line.
Alive Tokyo recently released images of the watch project that Benny Gold participated in. His watch design includes 2 championship medals between SF and Tokyo, paper plane second hand, gold detailing, SF coloring and paper plane argyle patten band. Other collaborators in this project include Dustin Klein (Cadence), Yohei (WBase) and Tyler Lepore (Super Champion). You can check out the other watches here.
