Huf 7×7 Contest Video

This video was entered into the SLAP x Adidas x FTC 7×7 video contest featuring FTC SF / FTC SAC, 35 North / Sasquatch, HUF SF and Skateworks. The 7×7 video contest took place on Sunday June 21st (National Go Skateboarding Day) in San Francisco. Each team consisted of 5 members and were asked to recreate iconic photos from Slap Magazine’s history.

Adidas (Mysterious Al) Superstar Vulcanized

Coming next month, Adidas has tapped UK-based illustrator Mysterious Al to do work on this Superstar Vulcanized sneaker, as well a set of t-shirts and a reversible jacket (not pictured).  Look for the sneakers at adidas Originals Stores and shopadidas.com, early next month.

Adidas Originals Five-Two 3 Project - XLarge Superstar

Japan’s XLarge chose the Superstar as the base shoe for Adidas Originals’ Five-Two 3 Project.   The uppers are covered with alternating lime green, purple, pink and blue snakeskin leather, black suede 3-Stripes with white X-LARGE lettering, and a matching suede tongue & heeltab showcasing both brand’s logos.  Six sets of colored laces covered with the slogan, “Getting no respect since ‘91”  will help keep things interesting with this pair of kicks.
