Campbell’s 50 Year Anniversary Celebration with the Art of Andy Warhol
The 50th anniversary of Campbell’s soup brings a logical artist for their celebration. The most famous potrayal of the soup cans can be found in Andy Warhol’s “32 Campbell’s Soup Cans.” Campbell’s takes the classic artist’s work for a limited-edition tomato soup can release. Each can is printed with art and sayings by the late artist, releasing at Target stores starting Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012. There will be four colorways and priced at 75 cents each. There will be only 1.2 million cans.
