Well followed Japanese clothing chain, Uniqlo is opening its first West Coast store here in San Francisco this Fall. U.S. Chief Executive Shin Odake mentioned that they are also looking to open locations in Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Washington, and other major cities. The store will be replacing DSW Shoe Warehouse on 111 Powell Street.
