Nike “Tanabata” Air Max 1

Nike’s most recent Air Max 1 pays tribute to the Japanese star festival, Tanabata.   Based on the celebration of the coming together of two lovers, Orihime and Hikoboshi separated by the milky way and are only allowed to meet once a year, on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month.   You’ll notice the star patterns on the different panels and the glittery Tanabata tongue tag, along with patent leather.  These Air Max 1s will be available soon at selected Nike stockists across South East Asia.  via StreetThing
